Radarhomes.co.uk is an agent owned property portal launched in November 2009, initially throughout the South West of England, that offers homes for sale and homes to rent. It was set up in response to requests from a number of leading property agents who wanted a regionally focused agent owned property portal that could fight back against the rising costs forced upon us from the national portals. Radarhomes has now launched similar platforms in all other regions in the UK, so agents and customers across the country can enjoy the same benefits.
Current and Future Development
We are always looking for ways to improve the website for the benefit of its customers and the member agents who invest in Radarhomes and we welcome feedback on ways we can improve the site. We continually invest in search engine optimisation strategies in order to push Radarhomes to the top of the search engine rankings and we have invested in TV advertising campaigns and continue to invest in radio and newspaper advertising in order get the Radarhomes brand into the public eye. We also encourage our member agents to actively promote the portal because we understand that we must work together in order to take back control of our future internet marketing.
